First urban intervention realized in Santiago, Chile 29 May 2013. It begins an investigative process of ephemeral writting in public spaces. The act is captured by long exposure photographic technique. Primera intervención urbana realizada en la ciudad de Santiago, Chile el 29 de mayo 2013. Se da inicio a un proceso de investigación con el artefacto desarrollado para escribir efímeramente en el espacio y ser captado por técnica fotográfica de larga exposición.

Objeto generador de caracteres luminosos LED secuencial. Consignas "inmateriales" intervienen el espacio público que luego fija la cámara fotográfica de larga exposición. La persistencia en el tiempo de los mensajes la asegura Internet por medio de un sitio WEB que mantiene la historia fotográfica y la vigencia que proporciona la actualización continua del sitio debido a la contingencia en la política y el arte.
Letras Públicas rescata, se inspira y reúne el "Grafiti Art", la impresión de "matriz de punto", la fotografía de larga exposición y el trabajo precursor de los artistas del Light Art.
Sequential LED character generator art object. “Immaterial” slogans fixed by a long exposure camera intervening the public space are ensured over time by its presence in Internet throughout a WEB site that is continuously updated. Then, the message history and the present public issues are both shown as witnesses of political contingency and art restlessness.
Public Letters rescues, inspires and brings together the "Graffiti Art", the "dot matrix" printing technique, the long exposure photography and the precursor work of Light Arts artists.
